Our Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI) is meticulously produced by first passing the Full Hard sheet through an acid washing process, followed by a rolling process, and finally through the zinc pot, where a robust zinc film is applied to the surface. This method endows the sheet with outstanding corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability, thanks to the remarkable properties of zinc. Typically, the production processes and specifications for both hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets and galvanized steel coils remain largely identical.

Hot-dip galvanizing involves a sophisticated technique of applying a durable zinc coating to steel or iron sheets to effectively prevent rust and ensure longevity.
