Metallic Zinc Coating
When applying the metallic zinc spray, the average mass of zinc per unit area must be no less than 130g/m².The local minimum zinc mass is 110g/m². Additionally, we can customize the zinc mass as per the customer's request.

Bitumen Coating
The average thickness of the bitumen coating should not be less than 70 µm, and the local minimum thickness should be no less than 50 µm. Custom thicknesses are also available upon request.

2. Casting: Visual inspection and weight verification.
3. Heat Treatment: Microstructure evaluation.
4. Hydrostatic Test: Pressure testing.
5. Dimensional Checks: Inspection of pipe length, joints, outer diameter (OD), wall thickness, and overall appearance.
6. Zinc Spraying: Thickness testing.
7. Lining and Coating: 100% visual inspection with random thickness testing.
