This process applies a robust zinc film to the surface, endowing the steel with exceptional corrosion resistance, outstanding paintability, and superior workability, courtesy of Zinc's unique properties. Typically, the manufacturing process and specifications for hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet and coil are essentially identical.
