Metallic Zinc Coating
When metallic zinc spray is applied, the average mass of zinc per unit area shall be no less than 130g/m². This ensures a robust and durable protective layer.A local minimum of 110g/m² is maintained to ensure consistent quality. Customized zinc mass specifications are also available upon request.
Bitumen Coating
The average thickness of the bitumen coating shall not be less than 70 μm, ensuring superior protection and durability. The local minimum thickness is set at no less than 50 μm. Customized coating thickness can be provided as per customer requirements.

6. Zinc Spraying: Testing the thickness of the zinc coating to ensure it meets specifications.
7. Lining and Coating: Conducting 100% visual checks and random thickness tests to ensure high-quality standards.
