Metallic Zinc Coating
When metallic zinc spray is applied, our high standards ensure the mean mass of zinc per unit area is no less than 130g/m²,with a local minimum of 110g/m². We can also customize the zinc mass according to your specific requirements.
Bitumen Coating
The mean thickness of our bitumen coating is meticulously maintained at not less than 70 μm, with a local minimum thickness of at least 50 μm. Custom thickness options are available upon request.

7. Lining and Coating: Every piece receives a 100% visual inspection, with random thickness testing to ensure consistency.
8. Marking and Packing: Each item undergoes a 100% visual inspection before packing.
