Our Hot-Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI) is meticulously crafted by passing a Full Hard sheet, which has undergone both acid washing and rolling processes, through a zinc pot. This process ensures a robust zinc film adheres to the surface, bestowing the sheet with unrivaled corrosion resistance, superb paintability, and excellent workability, all thanks to the inherent properties of zinc. The process and specifications for hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet and galvanized steel coil are fundamentally identical.

Hot-dip galvanizing is an advanced process of applying a defensive zinc coating to a steel or iron sheet, significantly enhancing its resilience against rust and corrosion.
